Game at the Proyecto GOL, Heredia

The FSA Girls U-19 team had their first game against the U-20 Costa Rican Women's National Team yesterday afternoon. They suffered a tough lose 13 - 0. The CR players are some of the best in the nation. All-in-all FSA got to experience, first hand, a professional level of women's soccer. The team was nervous heading to the field but kept their composure and gave their best effort. Some unfortunate news; FSA players Sarah K. and Georgia A. sustained injuries and playing time is questionable for the rest of the tour. Both were seen by the CR National Team doctors and asked to rest for a few days.
